No Place that Far

I had a wonderful stay at my son's in TX! Love him and miss him so much. I was like the song lyrics, I don't want to close my eyes, I don't want to fall asleep.......I don't want to miss a thing! I guess that is why I am plum wore out cause I don't think I slept much at all this weekend! Oh but it was worth it! Making such precious memories!
Everytime I fly i am always reminded of Calvary. Sitting in coach there is blue veil that separates us from first class. At one time man couldn't go to the Holy of Holiest, only the high Priest could enter in. Thank God at Calvary the veil was torn down. We can now go boldly to the throne room with our
petitions!
While in Texas it was hard not to form a sour opinion of some middle eastern nationalities. They were very rude and hateful but God reminded me of an older gentleman I know from Iran that left everyone from his home country to be free to worship Jesus freely! The veil at Calvary was torn down for everyone! This man has a wonderful testimony. I love to talk to him. I often think would I be as bold and brave as he? He would bring pictures of his mom, dad and others. He said when they passed away he couldn't go back because the fear of his life and he prayed they made it to Heaven, but was sad because they would not profess Jesus as Lord. He is one that came to this country to truly be an asset. He came with much gratitude and loves this country. He came not only to have a better life for himself but for all. I just want to say Thanks to our missionaries. It is men like this that makes it all worth while. He may have never been set free if not for you answering the call! Pray for our missionaries abroad you never know it just maybe your prayer that keeps them out of harm. Give to missions, just as this man gave up everything, these men and woman do the same to reach men like him! I wonder how many of us would truly leave everything behind to follow The one true living God! The time is coming where we all are going to have to chose. I want to be able to say no place that far! I want to make heaven my home and follow Jesus no matter how bumpy the road gets! Until later.......Don't forget to go make precious memories everyday and there is no place to far for those you love!
