What is done in the Dark (Secret) will be Revealed!

Good Morning, I am back! Did anyone miss me? I know Cooper and Elvis did. They both tried to sit in my lap all night last night.  They don’t realize they are so big.  They think they are little lap dogs.  They were a little upset that we would leave them some place that would not have pancakes on the menu, but I think they forgave me. So glad to sleep in my bed last night.  We went to bed at 7:00 and didn’t wake up until 8:30 this morning. Still thinking about a nap. Pray for Andy, he is running fever this morning and not feeling good in body at all.

Boy, did we have a manifestation of the Lord at Because of the Times 2015. It was the most AWE-some experience I have ever had. I am trying this morning to still soak up every word that was spoken by the anointed preaching of the Gospel.  God truly was in that place. I thought about how wonderful heaven will be.  We will never tire there.  Worshipping of the King forever, I am looking forward to that glorified body, this old fleshy one just can’t keep up. LOL Every service was just a little piece of what heaven will be like.  Thy Kingdom come! It was truly a God Kingdom thing, but not without much preparation.  Before we headed to B.O.T.T., God had been dealing with me about “What is done in the dark will be revealed.” We all know the scripture, ……your sin will find you out, and it will but what he wanted to instill in me was to keep doing service for him. He sure confirmed all these things this past week. I want to share and encourage someone today.  The work of the Lord you do in private will to be revealed, it will be manifested.  This week everyone was taking pictures, videos and selfies with their phones. (Hey I did it too, nothing wrong with wanting to record memories) but it had me thinking how we live in a microwave world, we want it now. Unfortunately it has followed us into our spiritual life. I am not anit-technology  and the Bible tells us of many stories of suddenly, immediately, but sometimes we need more than a frozen microwave meal.   My memory flashed back to the days I took pictures for our high school year book. Unlike today where you push and button and there it is for instant viewing, you couldn't delete and start over if your eyes were closed or you didn't capture your good side. In those days the camera was huge, you had to focus the lens, make sure the lighting was just right, and then take the film to be developed.  The images had to develop in what was called a dark room.  You see if you would take the film out of canister in the light it would destroy the images.  So you had to be careful and be in total darkness before removing the film.  This required you to learn how to remove the film and wind it around a reel to be placed in the developing solution.  I won’t go into all the steps, but this process had to be done to process a beautiful picture. The outcome of going into a dark place and coming out beautiful made me realize that we were reaping the benefits of some things that were done in the dark before we ever arrived at B.O.T.T. It was all the work before and behind the scenes that prepared the power of God to be revealed at this minister’s conference. There were some men and women in their prayer closets, fasting privately and seeking God’s will for this past week.  I want to Thank all of those at Pentecostals of Alexandria, those who ministered to us under the authority and anointing of the Holy Ghost, to those parking cars, to rocking babies. Because of all of you, hearts were changed forever. I know my life will never be the same and I don’t want to take for granted your sacrifice, dedication, and determination for the many years you all have spent for “Thy Kingdom…………for truly his will is being done!

I just want to encourage others today, Don’t quit! Don’t give up! You are making a difference. Keep praying even when you don’t think Heaven is even hearing, I want you to keep fasting when you can’t see the effects, keep visiting the sick when no one else notices, knock on those doors, keep inviting people to the house of God even if they don’t come this week, next week they just may show up, keep comforting those who are in need, keep speaking to those who need to hear, keep loving those who need the love of the King, keep driving the church van, keep feeding the poor and keep serving the Lord. Those who clean the toilets, mow the grass, usher in guests, work in Sunday School, park cars, direct traffic, rock babies in the nursery, set up chairs, turn on the lights, and everything in between, there is someone noticing and he will reward you. “But you, when you pray, enter into your room, and when you shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret; and you Father who sees in secret shall reward you openly.” Matt 6.6

What is done in the dark will be revealed!

You can produce a beautiful master piece. Don’t let the agitation of the negative things from this world destroy his image. You are created in his image and for his Glory! He will reward those who faint not.  Lord I pray that They Will be done in my life and those who are reading this today!

Until later……………You realize you have a bruise and the first thing you think is I wonder how I got that, the second thing you do is poke it.
